Etta Bond x Raf Riley @ Camden Assembly

Camden assembly, Etta Bond blesses the stage. She came out and lit incense on the stage whilst holding a cup of something brown 👀. The stage lit a mellow atmosphere with different coloured balls. But also managed to switch up on us with a flashing bright white light when she performed her throwback anthems with Raf Riley.  It was roughly a 45 minutes set which brought us different stages of her career, she started with an old school Etta , she sang us songs like ‘Loop Hole’ and then also managed to incorporate new school songs such as ‘Something New’ which featured on SIR’s new tape ‘November’. It was our first time getting a full Etta set and I must say, the whole thing was a VIBE. Etta resonates vibes, she resonates feels. She had the whole room in a trance with her. When you are a down to earth artist, that reaction from a crowd is not unexpected. My favourite part had to be ‘King To Be’ or ‘Bad 4 me” her vocals gave me goosebumps. The notes she was hitting sounded even better in real life which is so rare to come across these days. Etta Bond is truly an angel and deserves to go so far with her music career. Etta then bought up her best friend Nay Faith on stage to perform 'Kiss My Girlfriend’. Their energies bounced off one another so well and lit showed, when performing together, it looked so comfortable for them.  Whilst performing they were so happy and that made me happy, the mood in the room was perfect. We were also lucky enough to hear her new single which I can assure you was amazing and is definitely going to be big. I can’t wait for that to drop!
